New Special Ticket Pack: PASMO and Haneda Airport Access

Keikyu Corporation, which operates train lines connecting the Tokyo gateway of Haneda Airport to central Tokyo and the Yokohama area, has announced the release of a convenient discount ticket package to foreign travelers utilizing Tokyo International Airport (Haneda Airport) for use in transit between the airport and central Tokyo or Yokohama.
Foreign travelers purchasing a 2,600 yen PASMO card receive a 200 yen discount when accessing Haneda airport via Shinagawa station, and a 280 yen discount when accessing the airport via Yokohama station.
PASMO is an IC card-based passenger ticket that can be used on over 100 transportation facilities in the Tokyo metropolitan area, including JR and other railways, subways, and buses. Available June 1, 2011 – March 31, 2012 (To be issued in limited quantity of 5,000 sets. Ticket set will no longer be available once quantities run out.) This ticket set is intended for sale to foreign travelers visiting Japan. As such, customers will be asked to present their passport upon purchase.
